Our clients prioritised five main entertaining spaces: The family & dining room, BBQ & deck, rumpus/bar, outdoor living, and theatre room. Each space required its own specific features to the AV, lighting, and climate requirements.
With the number of guests, they regularly host, our clients also wished to engage with everyone, even while on opposite ends of the house.
We designed an elaborate integrated home that integrates and automates all lighting, blinds, HVAC, AV and unique creations like the digital art wall.
The whole house can be controlled through Siri voice commands, and a completely intuitive floorplan user interface bespoke to our client’s user navigation and visual layout request. In addition, scene commands like the entertaining scene can allow the client to run a highly complex request (with more than 50 commands) at the ease of a single button press or voice request.
Walking in and out of this home leads you through a stunning hallway with a digital art wall feature that allows complete dynamic creative freedom. This visual masterpiece elicits an emotional response, revealing the narrative of the customer’s family history.
