Integrated Audio

This project started with a conversation about changing a room into a dedicated home theatre — and turned into a much larger project. Through a full in-depth discovery. We were able to connect with our clients and understand their day to day lifestyle patterns holistically. Designing and creating solutions for them was genuinely a pleasure as our clients implicitly believed in the technology solutions that were presented. Charged with a complete home integration project, we created this award-winner.

The solution is extensive, with 10 video distributed source inputs across 12 displays, with 8 multi-room audio zones and an exterior distributed audio zone. Lighting has No less than 80 circuits, with key areas controlled by programmed sensors and automated scenes. There is 34 motorized blinds, 7 HVAC zones and a 7.3 Cinema Room with DMX Lighting control. Security and access control and networking are extensive. The system further extends to the outside irrigation and fire suppression system.

When you start looking closer, its the finer details that make this home a haven. For example, note what happens in the bathrooms: Towel rails and heated flooring is programmed to turn on before and after shower periods to warm and dry towels, as well as warm floors during wintertime. But what is most striking is how all the systems are integrated and controlled by our completely customized floor plan User Interface which is brilliantly designed and tailored made for this project alone. Furthermore, all independent sub-systems and integrated scenes are also controlled through 200 comprehensive Siri voice control commands.
